We are able, with your permission, to control your PC remotely to provide assistance a variety of computer problems. To do this, we use software called Screenconnect, which does require a small program to be run on your computer. Once our remote support session has ended, the software stops running.
You should always be rightly suspicious of any software that you are asked to install on your PC. The application we use will be signed by a company called Elsinore, who are the authors of Screenconnect.
